Bitcoin is about $80,601, and Tuesday's spot ETFs took in $176 million

Daily on Cardano
Bitcoin opened Wednesday just above yesterday's close. Around 14:21 Central European time CoinMarketCap holds it at $80,601, up 0.60 percent from yesterday's $80,135. CoinGecko gives $80,611. The working price is $80,601. In the same hour ether is at $2,334.88, Solana at $101.25, and XRP at $1.3146.
Funds and Coinbase Prime
For 27 October Farside records Bitcoin up $176.0 million, ether down $60.2 million, and Solana down $19.2 million. Of the Bitcoin inflow, IBIT is up $151.5 million and FBTC up $24.5 million. On ether, ETHA is down $93.3 million. A Farside figure for XRP is not available, and SoSoValue returns 403 in this cycle. On 26 October Bitcoin was up $110.3 million, ether down $88.6 million, and Solana down $8.2 million. On 23 October Bitcoin was down $137.9 million, ether up $4.4 million, and Solana at zero. On 22 October Bitcoin was down $635.6 million. Tuesday is a second straight plus, and larger than Monday. That is a row, not a weekly sum.
A Cointelegraph page title speaks of $286 million. Their RSS and Farside say $176 million. This piece uses Farside. The body of that article did not load in this cycle, so the $286 million is not treated here as a confirmed total.
Whales moved 6,168 bitcoin, about $498.5 million, to Coinbase Prime. crypto.news writes that today at 08:35, following Lookonchain. At 12:22 the same outlet writes about a second straight weak October: down 4.2 percent through 25 October, against an October average for 2020 to 2025 of plus 18.1 percent, with a negative Coinbase premium and a Bull Score that fell from 90 to 60. That is their reading of the month, not an instruction to the market.
The network and the pair against ADA
At 14:22 mempool.space gives a fee of 1 satoshi per virtual byte. The mempool holds 50,763 transactions. Height is 973,557. Hashrate is 1,085.0 exahash per second, yesterday 1,075.7. The next difficulty adjustment is estimated at plus 6.55 percent, around 29 October at 17:08. Yesterday's estimate was plus 6.33 percent around 17:48. The two times are not the same row.
In the same hour Bitcoin rises 0.60 percent and ADA falls 0.88 percent. ADA against bitcoin therefore slips from 254.5 to 250.8 satoshis. The ETF inflow is not spilling into alts at the moment. The Fed decision today and whale deposits on the exchange are the main volatility triggers, and ADA reacts to a drop with a larger beta. That is a scenario, not a forecast.
