Musashi hit 157.9 TPS, and Intersect #133 says tag 11.2 is coming “soon”

Cardano Daily
SPO BBHMM published the Musashi load-day results: in 33 hours about 8 million transactions were processed in 5,150 blocks, with an average of 67.3 TPS, 107 pools and 38 percent of blocks carrying a Leios certificate. The peak was 157.9 TPS; the mainnet record remains 26.4 TPS. BBHMM warns: “Testnet numbers aren't mainnet capacity.” The 38 percent rate is “mostly by design” because CIP-164 needs about 15 s for a certificate.
Linear Leios (consensus throughput) got rc-2026w42 (17 October 00:15 CEST), which needs a respin for new EB encoding. Nested Tx sub-transactions were re-validated, and Dijkstra txs can use Plutus V4. The latest cardano-node release remains 11.1.3 (29 September); tag 11.2 does not exist. The claim that IOG targets a hard fork by end-2026 (@angrycryptoshow) is not confirmed as of 17 October.
Intersect Weekly #133 and the treasury
Intersect Weekly #133 “Finding Limits” (17 October) confirms minPoolCost→75 expired at 44.18 percent DRep support (67 percent threshold), and OpenZeppelin 11,787,063 ADA at 4 percent. Live: the k 500→1000 poll expires 21 October (DRep 4.89 percent / SPO 2.05 percent); Copper Reserve 22 million ADA expires 16 November per Intersect, or 15 November per SongMarketCap — A≠B; DRep support 0.24 percent with 16 “no” votes. On-chain there are 25 vendor contracts worth 204,639,279 ADA in total.
CryptoSlate: from epoch 613, thirty withdrawals total 457,395,629 of 500 million ADA under the NCL, leaving about 42.6 million until ~3 July 2027. If Copper passes, 20,604,371 would remain. Intersect holds 4,505,955 USDM, Se7en 316,253.88 USDM; the USDCx bridge can be paused. The Parameter Committee's first public RFP asks how far utxoCostPerByte (now 4,310) can safely fall; deadline 4 November. Mesh seeks 600,000 ADA (draft) for SDK maintenance — 50,000 per month; formal submission is not yet dated.

Code, SPO sentiment and the calendar
On GitHub, consensus #2415/#2410, Peras #2388/#2381 and ledger #6193 (Leios w42) are moving. Hydra: median confirmation fell from 29.1 to 12.3 s locally; the release is still 2.4.1. Dingo v0.84.0 brings DMQ and Dijkstra parameters. SPOs are mixed: @SIPO_Tokyo and @envystakepool relay the Fire phase; @ATADA_Stakepool warns of a possible “hf blockade.” There is no SPO reaction in the sample to the missing 11.2 tag. HFWG is on 20 October; CF Research Exchange on 19 at 15:00 CEST.
