Node 11.2 remains a pre-release, key Leios requests have merged, and 11.3 is three to four weeks away

Daily on Cardano
The tag is still not a mainnet release. At 20:43 Central European time on 29 October, @IntersectMBO wrote that Node 11.2 is out as a pre-release and that Dijkstra is closer to ecosystem-wide testing. The post has 20 likes and 2,409 views. The cardano-node releases page has no tag newer than 11.2.0. That pre-release dates from 28 October at 13:53.
SongMarketCap describes the contents today. The CLI has sub-transactions and guard credentials. Nested transactions mean batching at ledger level. Plutus V4 is ready alongside protocol version 12, with a new versioned config. Older node versions will not be able to read the new network config files. NtC versions older than V_23 are removed. That is a reading of the article published on 30 October.
Merged Leios code and the window for 11.3
On GitHub, ledger pull request 6215, Add EB and EBLEDGERS, merged on 30 October at 01:44, and ledger 6216, Leios certificate validation API, merged on 29 October at 18:42. Consensus pull request 2430, Relay Leios votes, merged on 30 October at 14:10. The ouroboros-leios repository has a commit, Update monthly reviews, from 30 October, and rewards for July, August, and September from 29 October.
The Hard Fork Working Group minutes of 27 October hold 11.2 as the full Dijkstra scope except Leios. Dijkstra is the next ledger era. Leios is consensus throughput. That version is for the DijkstraNet fork. Pool operators have to upgrade the node before the hard fork. Version 11.3 comes in at least two weeks, realistically three to four, and it includes CIP-23. SanchoNet would fork as well. The risk log now has owners for the risks. Plutus V4 cost models would preferably land through a governance action before the hard fork, and that action should be submitted as soon as possible. A mainnet hard-fork date is not set here. A mainnet-ready 11.2.x is not tagged.
At 12:34 today @Lucasdb86 cut into the myth of full speed. On that post, Leios starts at three to five times today's ceiling of 4.5 TxkB/s, and only once about 90 to 95 percent of stake has registered BLS keys. At 16:48 on 29 October @sulaimanadaya24 wrote that Dijkstra is in public testing. In part: DijkstraNet is running, but according to SongMarketCap it is still in the Conway era on 11.1.3. The fork into Dijkstra follows with 11.2. That is the difference between a test network and mainnet.
Since version 10.11.20261022, Amaru has been producing empty blocks. A block producer on mainnet is planned for 5 November. That is a plan from the same minutes, not confirmation that the producer is already on mainnet. Version v10.11.20261029 came out on 29 October at 17:15 and targets the empty block-producer milestone, with a minimum of two cores and 2 GiB of RAM. Dingo v0.90.0 brings bug fixes, with gouroboros v0.216.0. The Performance and Tracing update of 29 October covers preliminary benchmarks of the Leios prototype and the week 42 build, Dijkstra benchmarks for nested transactions, and transaction-validation benchmarks on operator hardware. The latency figures in that note were on yesterday's protocol desk.

Votes and the calendar
Around 14:20, Koios holds the PFMS proposal for 9.6 million ADA at 26 yes, 25 no, and 3 abstain. Yes power is 20.30 percent. Yesterday it was 17.74. That is plus 2.56 percentage points in one day. The constitutional committee is 1 yes. The proposal is still far from the 67 percent withdrawal threshold this desk already cites. SongMarketCap reports that BKIND objects because 7.8 million ADA could be paid before the last milestone. AURORA, for 940,000 ADA, is at 13 yes, 43 no, and 9 abstain, yes power 3.32 percent, yesterday 3.37, constitutional committee 2 no. Copper, for 22 million ADA, is at 4 yes, 86 no, and 5 abstain, yes power 0.36 percent, yesterday 0.37, constitutional committee 2 no. The Foundation's information poll is at 2 yes, 2 no, and 14 abstain, power 0.25 percent. No withdrawal has cleared the threshold.
The treasury stood at 1,385,672,065 ADA in epoch 663 and at 1,389,274,982 ADA in epoch 664, up 3.60 million. The next change is at the epoch 665 boundary. Reserves are 6.039 billion ADA. Requests for 32.54 million ADA are waiting, the sum of Copper, PFMS, and AURORA. That is a calculation, not an approval. The proposal to cut minPoolCost to 75 ADA failed a second time. The action expired in epoch 661. On 29 October at 18:01, @HAMDAStakePool, Hamster, writes what small pools lost. The substance of that loss stops here at the headline.
On 29 October at 17:01, @Cardano announced a Research Exchange on 2 November at 14:00. The Cardano Foundation will present preliminary findings on how k, a0, and minPoolCost affect operators and delegators. The CIP Disclosure of Governance Roles, signed by BKIND, asks a DRep and a pool to declare each other in metadata. It is the first reciprocal pair on mainnet. The pull request on the CIPs repository is 1311. A CIP-113 roundtable was held on 29 October, with Brale, Encryptus, and Deploi. CIP-113 has been on mainnet since 7 October, without a hard fork. SongMarketCap's headline says they discussed stablecoins and private credit. The body of that conversation stops here at the headline. At 10:50 today @LEADStakePool published leader logs for epoch 665, with 11 expected blocks.
Calendar, Central European time. Today is the TUM Blockchain Conference in Munich, a hackathon with a Cardano track of 6,000 euro, and Fabian Bormann on the main stage. Epoch 665 begins on 31 October at 22:44:51. The same day Circle cuts limits on legacy CCTP V1. The Research Exchange is on 2 November at 14:00. An Amaru block producer on mainnet is planned for 5 November. The Foundation poll closes on 6 November. London, a workshop on node diversity, is on 12 and 13 November. EMURGO and Yoroi deregister their DReps on 30 November. That date is from yesterday's file, not a new vote. The Visa Flex card from Norwegian NBX plans support for Cardano USDM, and the launch has moved to 2027. That is SongMarketCap from 29 October. Still quiet: Weekly 135, a mainnet-ready 11.2.x, hydra-updates for week 44, the Essential Cardano dev report after 23 October, and the Cardano tag on Cointelegraph.
