Cardano PRIME names the first 9 teams; Leios has a 5-step path, and tag 11.2 is still missing

Cardano Daily
Cardano PRIME published the first group of teams for lending and liquidity upgrades (@Cardano_Prime, 24 October 01:54, L142/RT41/V6,415). The livestream is Tuesday 27 October at 13:00 US Eastern, which is 18:00 Central European time. AlphaGrowth runs the program. The builders are Sundae Labs, Liqwid V3 (isolated markets, an SDK), Indigo (CDP multisig, user-set rates), Steer (three projects), VIA Labs (AnyToAny), ReBond (bonds, resale), and Dial (invoicing). Midgard Labs and TxPipe do the security audits. Audit funding is not confirmed: the proposals are still in an Operating Group vote. PRIME had not appeared in the dossier. This is the first concrete team list. SongMarketCap records it at 08:59.
No stake-pool reaction to PRIME was found. @Indigo_protocol confirms it is taking part (24 October 03:13, L94/V1,911). @VIA_Labs shows L10/V5,155. @MadTr8r writes "Who fumbled the Cardano summit, tap tools…" (24 October 06:47, V7). That is an unargued criticism, not a fact about the program.
Leios in five steps, and the first SweepTreasury
Intersect Weekly #134, "Receipts," dated 24 October, describes Leios in five steps: constitutional guardrails, a hard fork, BLS key registration, mainnet load drills across about 2,700 pools, then at least two parameter updates. Leios, or Linear Leios, means consensus throughput. The initial goal is 3 to 5 times Praos's 4.5 TxkB/s, later 10 to 15 times. A certificate needs 75 percent of active stake, so BLS keys must be registered by about 90 to 95 percent of delegated stake, meaning the top 500 to 900 pools. There is no mainnet date.
SweepTreasury, for the first time on mainnet, returned 115,172 ADA on 20 and 21 October (55,172 plus 60,000) from the 2025 Product Committee budget. CAP-12 v4 sets Peras aside. DijkstraNet was restarted on 21 October as a public network on protocol 11 with node 11.1.3. The hard fork to protocol 12 follows with the 11.2 pre-release. Dijkstra is the next ledger era. Peras is an intra-era change inside Dijkstra.
Stake-pool operators are engaged and cautious. @HAMDAStakePool runs three Leios test nodes (23 October 15:08, V14). @hix_coffeepool describes two networks, with Leios and without it, and node memory halved from 24 GB (23 October 15:06, L15/RT2/V403). @BBHMM_Stake shows L21/V377 (23 October 21:00). @Cryptofly777 relays the 3-to-5-times goal (23 October 17:46, L291/V3,538).
The tables in #134 use data as of 22 October 18:20 UTC. The closed stake-pool poll on k 500 to 1000 stands at 4.77 percent DRep and 2.06 percent SPO, constitutional committee 1-0-1-5. Koios on 22 October gave finals of 7.79 and 2.21 percent for the same poll. A and B diverge. The same report lists a Node Diversity workshop in London on 12 and 13 November, with invites until 5 November; CAP-3 v4 (net change limit categories, a 67 percent threshold); 25 vendor contracts with MLabs and TxPipe audits; and a treasury-dashboard survey until 6 November. The Members Area is offline because of a PHP vulnerability.

Node 11.2, releases, and the votes
The cardano-node 11.2 tag was not confirmed as of 14:20 on 24 October 2026. The latest tagged release remains 11.1.3 from 29 September, 25 days old. PR #6732, "SRE Node 11.2 preparation," is open and was updated at 01:13 on 24 October. PR #6709, Dijkstra hard-fork features for cardano-testnet, is also open. The Hard Fork Working Group deadline of "this week," set on 20 October, was missed. On that record, 11.3 is "at least 2 weeks away." The page for the 27 October meeting still reads "To be added." 12.0 is unconfirmed.
cardano-cli 11.5.0.0 shipped on 23 October at 20:59. With ExperimentalHardForksEnabled it checks DijkstraGenesisFile and its hash. Daedalus 11.6.0 shipped on 24 October at 03:19: it detects corrupted data after partial Mithril syncs before 11.5.0 and offers a rebuild. In the ledger, #6201, Leios committee seat display, merged on 23 October at 23:37, and #6218, Plutus Data property tests, merged on 24 October at 01:56. Amaru received a certificate fix on 24 October, PR #1529. Merged code is not a parameter change on mainnet. Hydra, the layer 2, last shipped 2.4.2 on 22 October. Stable Mithril is 2642.0 from 16 October. Dingo is v0.87.1 from 22 October. The delta versus 23 October is cli 11.5.0.0 and Daedalus 11.6.0.
Live votes at 14:11, 67 percent threshold. Copper, 22 million ADA, has 0.21 percent yes: 2 yes, 53 no, 1 abstain. The constitutional committee is 0 yes and 2 no. Yesterday it was 0.25 percent, 2/50/1. AURORA, 940,000 ADA, expires in epoch 669 at 1.27 percent (7/21/4), committee 0/2; yesterday 0.41 percent. PFMS, 9.6 million ADA, expires in epoch 669 at 4.39 percent (13/4/2), one committee yes; yesterday 2.99 percent. Toto Finance asks for 22 million ADA, of which about 14.72 million buys copper. Break-even needs copper from $6.73 a pound to about $10.06, about 50 percent. CoinDesk calculates 49.4 percent. @totofinance at 10:08 defends the proposal with "Buy real copper. Tokenize it on Cardano." Governance Hour #12 on Copper is 27 October at 17:30.
The net change limit on the ledger is 42,604,371 ADA and has not moved since 21 October. If Copper, AURORA, and PFMS passed together, 32.54 million ADA, 10,064,371 ADA would remain. That figure is derived. The effect of the SweepTreasury return on the limit is unpublished. The epoch 663 treasury is still 1,385,672,065 ADA. On Intersect's team updates, Mithril and Plutus Core stand at 21 October, Ledger at the 14th, Consensus at the 6th. Network has not moved since 24 June. DijkstraNet is active, with one-day epochs, and the faucet returns HTTP 200. The Musashi page returns HTTP 200; no new restart status was published. Fluid, Reeve, and IBC have not moved since 7, 14, and 19 October.
Hoskinson, TxPipe, and the calendar
On The Breakdown, episode 810, with David Gokhshtein, Hoskinson says organizations should have defined mandates and measurable goals, and that IO is focused on research. A community-elected Cardano Foundation board is a proposal, not a decision. SongMarketCap records it at 09:29. @IOHK_Charles at 03:24 writes "re-write the entire codebase in a few weeks" (L206/V7,337). That is interpretation, not a deadline. Yesterday at 05:27 the same account sent "Let's chat" to @theoremlabs (L635/V46,212). The message is a fact. A partnership is unconfirmed.
Since 22 October, TxPipe has stopped trusting eMudhra intermediate certificate authorities. Patched builds are Dolos 1.6.2, Oura 2.2.1 and 1.9.5, Balius 0.5.4, and the Boros image. There was no exploitation, and this is not a consensus issue. CIP-181 lets rewards be withdrawn without vote delegation. CIP-23 introduces a minimum pool margin. Nested transactions are ledger batching and enable Babel fees. Node 11.2 brings the other Dijkstra features. Leios comes in 11.3. Mainnet requires governance. Verify Cardano, Adam Rusch, filed an SEC submission on 20 October, keeps the records on IPFS, and wrote a summary to the Cardano ledger. RealFi sUSDrf has about $2.7 million of market value, less than a month after the 1 October mainnet. @RivexPro at 04:22 reports 21.56 million ADA moving from a Liqwid validator to an unknown script address (V265). That is an on-chain alert. The meaning is unconfirmed. @Cardanians_io posted the weekly development report on 23 October at 14:10 (L136/V2,655).
Still silent: tags 11.2, 11.3, and 12.0, the Hard Fork Working Group minutes for 27 October, a Network team post since 24 June, and SecondFi automation, last status "in the coming days." Hydra v2 Glacier Drop and UNIC have not moved since 23 October. The SecondFi and Indigo patches have not moved since 21 October. Cardano Card shuts down on 31 October.
Calendar, 14 days. Central European time applies from 03:00 on 25 October. 26 October 22:44, end of epoch 663. 27 October: the working group, CIP Editors at 17:00, Governance Hour #12 on Copper at 17:30, PRIME livestream at 18:00. 28 October, DRep Monthly Call at 16:00. 29 October: Members Meeting at 12:00, CIP-113 roundtable at 15:00, CAP Review and Light Client workshop at 16:00, Bitcoin difficulty adjustment around 20:35. 30 October, Dev Office Hours #85 on CIP-113 at 16:00. 31 October, Cardano Card shutdown and, at 22:44, the end of epoch 664. 2 November, UNIC applications close. 3 November, US midterms. 4 November, the minUTxO request for proposals. 5 November, the London workshop invite deadline. 6 November, the dashboard survey. Outside the window: London on 12 and 13 November, Copper on 15 November, AURORA and PFMS on 20 November.
